Originally from the suburbs south of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Phillip earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Bethel University and graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2012. He began his career as a managing partner at Southworth & Stamman, LLC in Wisconsin, handling criminal law and child protection cases. In 2017, he relocated to Bay County, Florida, serving as a prosecuting attorney at the State Attorney's Office, where he managed over 700 active cases. Before founding his own firm, he sharpened his personal injury skills at Perry & Young's Panama City Beach office from 2019 to 2023.
